Synopsis

Since 1971, the author has been a fan of Neil Sedaka. Michael has met Neil many times at concerts and fan club conventions. In 1993, he interviewed Neil for one-and-a-half hours in his mother-in-law’s apartment in NYC. Michael has one of the most comprehensive, first issue record collections in the world; this resource comprises the discography herein, that will arrest the interest of any Sedaka afficionado. Del Baggott, a friend of the author, has supplied a selection of rare, international record covers and labels that will fascinate, and educate all readers. To add gravitas, Betty Latvala-Soininen, who Neil Sedaka states is his greatest fan, has contributed photographs of her record collection, labels, memorabilia and extra facts. Her knowledge has ensured this book is highly accurate. The unique format of this picture-heavy biography compliments its two predecessors.
